Powder Show Booth 3317 – This high-output filling system features a Power-Lift system for powered fill head height adjustment, a Power Trak traversing bag fill carriage, and an Easy-Load rotary bag hanger system. These features bring the fill head and bag strap connection points directly in front and within reach of the operator for convenient bag connection. The bag support carriage and fill head lower to a programmed operator height, extend horizontally toward the operator, then rotate for “reach-free” bag connection. The bag is automatically inflated, accurately filled to a programmed set point, which is weighed and monitored using a hang weigh scale system, then densified. Once the fill cycle is complete, the bag inlet spout and straps are release, the fill head raises, and the filled bag is removed via a base-integrated powered roller conveying system. CompactLogix PLC controls with color HMI provide easy access to system status, recipes, and operational parameters.
