The Model 4217 bag kicker is an in-line belt conveyor designed to transfer sealed bags from an upright position to a horizontal bottom first position at a right angle to the closing line. The bag is then in a position to be properly presented to a flattening conveyor and palletizing station. For inline filling, closing, and palletizing systems, the Model 4216 bag turning conveyor should be used to transfer bags from upright to horizontal bottom first position. Both conveyors are available with vertical lift assembly for quick and easy height adjustment using hand crank or electric controls. Vertical lifts are recommended when filling multiple bag sizes in your filling/closing operation.
