One person is dead following an industrial accident Wednesday morning at the Lamb Weston plant in Twin Falls, ID, several local news organizations reported.

The victim was identified by the Twin Falls County Coroner as 48-year-old Sadia Kawa, according to coverage by CBS News affiliate KBOI. An autopsy is slated to take place on Thursday.

“We are heartbroken over the tragic loss of a team member today, and we offer our sincere condolences to Ms. Kawa’s family and friends for their loss,” Lamb Weston Spokesperson Shelby Stoolman told the Twin Falls Times-News. “The plant is currently closed as we take this time to take care of our team members and conduct a thorough investigation into this terrible incident.”

The woman was fatally injured as she was examining and cleaning equipment and a gate crushed her, the coroner said in an account by news broadcaster KTVB.
