Wireless Systems Save on Level Sensor Installation
Oct. 23, 2019

BinMaster’s wireless communication solutions reduce the cost and complexity of installing silo inventory management systems. Easily programmable, compact devices replace wires with over-the-air technology. A simple point-to-point configuration eliminates the hassle and cost of running wires. Point-to-multipoint systems are easily scaled for more complex deployments using additional wireless units, base stations, and wireless repeaters. Either setup can transmit up to a mile line-of-sight outdoors or 500 ft indoors.

REMBE Introduces Q-Flap NX Explosion Isolation Valve
Oct. 22, 2019

REMBE Inc. introduces the Q-Flap NX inlet explosion isolation valve to prevent explosion propagation through ductwork. This improved version features magnets that hold the flap open and significantly reduces the pressure drop across the valve. This change now means that the suction from the dust collector only moves the product. This saves energy since fans require less horsepower and product flow is improved by the dramatic reduction in pressure drop.
