Smico-Symons Screens has acquired A & J Mixing International Inc. With this agreement, A & J will now have manufacturing space in Oklahoma to build its products. Management of the company will remain with Bliss Flower, but Smico will have access to the company's location in Canada, providing the opportunity for a sales and engineering office.

The key factor in this partnership is A & J's up-line and down-line product for Smico's sales team to access. While customers are purchasing mixers, there will be a window of opportunity to ask about screeners and vice versa. Smico's acquisition of A & J advances its mission of revolutionizing the way the world engages with manufacturing products, and will further contribute to Smico's international presence. By combining Smico's reputable screening durability with A & J's mixing accuracy, Smico will be well positioned to deliver processing solutions across mineral, food, aggregate, and industrial markets.
