Bogard Lagman, executive vice president, has announced the promotion of John Paterson to the position of vice president for Ross Mixing Inc., Pt. St. Lucie, Florida.
Paterson joined Ross as product manager – coatings equipment in 1995 and was promoted in 1996 to general manager of Ross Mixing Inc. Prior to joining Ross, Paterson was employed by Hockmeyer Equipment. In addition to a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University, he holds two design patents covering a basket mill and the PreMax high-speed mixer.
Paterson will handle varied duties at the Pt. St. Lucie plant, as well as oversee the company's continuing development of specialty mixing and dispersion equipment for the coatings industry.
