Phlauer Mixers

Phlauer mixers were developed using an old principle in a new way. Shearmakers were designed to develop color in non-abrasive materials in a predictable time. The mixer shown is dual rotor multi-purpose food mixer with no shear in the rotors, but is available with the Shearmaker. It has a jacket for heating and cooling. The rotors are impregnated with food-grade Teflon Inhibcote. Mixing time is 30 seconds. Custom machines are available.
