Matcon was invited to present and exhibit its products and systems at the recent Hosokawa AlpineExpo in-house exhibition, which took place at Hosokawa Alpine Aktiengesellschaft’s facility in Augsburg, Germany. This two-day exhibition involved a number of leading key manufacturers of technology machinery for powder and particle processing.

Hosokawa’s global reputation helped attract an audience of more than 300 delegates from all over the world. Matcon presented on two topics: Decoupling to gain efficiency and Opportunities with pre-mixing.

Both presentations were well received by the audience, with many delegates wishing to discuss specifically how Matcon could help them become leaner using their IBC technology and concepts.

Raimund Hoenes (Ph.D., M.Sc.), CEO of Glanbia Nutritionals, presented the latest factory in Orsingen, Germany, which produces premixes, amino acids, vitamins & specialty ingredients. This facility fully utilizes the Matcon IBC mixing concept, providing the greatest possible efficiency and hygiene levels on par with pharmaceutical standards.
