In-Line Lab Mixers

Silverson designed its lab mixers for routine lab work, but also to perform with consistency and reproducibility. Because of this, these lab mixers offer an accurate and easy means of forecasting the performance of larger machines under full-scale conditions. In addition to small-scale production, L5 Series lab mixers are ideal for research and development, QA analysis, and standard lab work. The lab machines offer a capacity range from 1 ml up to 12 l, and the ability to mix in-line with flow rates up to 20 l/min. Each machine is constructed with wetted parts in grade 316L stainless steel. The L5M-A lab mixer features touch-screen control with digital tachometer, programmable integral timer and amperage display, which is invaluable in scaling-up production where process validation and reproducibility are crucial.
