Dinnissen Process Technology introduces its latest innovation for the food industry, an improved D-Topline process unit, a model based on the Pegasus double-axle paddle mixer.
The shape of the D-Topline installation is modified to create in a drop shape, reducing the risk of product adhesion. With this machine product can be sprayed on, mixed, and cooled via a thermplate cooling jacket, which ensures that the products stay below the critical temperatures during processing.
In addition, the D-Topline process unit is equipped with an additional hinged jacketed front door. This feature makes it easier to inspect and clean the mixer. The latest design is completely CIP and equipped with split-seal tri-clamp connections.
