Jaygo introduces a new and compact line of Lab Homogenizers, ideal for laboratory use, with throughput capacities of either 20 or 50 l/hr and homogenizing pressures of 1,800 Bars and 600 Bars (respectively). Both versions include two-stage homogenizing and produce maximum particle sizes of ≤ 0.2 mm (for the 20l/h version) and ≤ 0.5 mm (for the 50 l/h version). Product feed hopper can be pressurized, has a capacity of 1.6 liters, and is suitable for products up to approx. 2,000 cPs.

- Pump body made of premium grade high-resistance cast iron
- Nitrided and ultrasound inspected drive shaft
- Stainless steel tubular frame with stainless steel exterior housing
- Oil-bath lubrication system for mechanical drive parts
- Zirconium oxide suction and discharge ball valves
- Replaceable valves seats made in food grade tungsten carbide
- Spring safety valve
- Second stage can work up to 150 bars
- Electric drive motor
