Admix Inc., a global manufacturer of hygienic and industrial mixing equipment serving the food & beverage, chemical, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries, has been named among the 2022 Best Companies to Work For by Business NH Magazine.

Winning companies were judged on employee engagement surveys administered by The Employee Engagement Group, as well as an extensive employer survey, detailing benefits and workplace practices.

“It is an honor to be recognized as a Best Company to Work For,” said Mike Rizzo, CEO of Admix. “We are extremely proud to offer a rewarding workplace culture and highly competitive benefits to our employees. This accolade is a testament to our commitment to providing a supportive environment that truly values its people and encourages their ideas and contributions. As an employee-owned company, everything we do and how we interact with each other is built on our strong value system and culture of fairness, respect, trust, accountability, and teamwork--which also transcends to how we engage with our customers as well.”

“Being one of the best companies to work for in the state is very exciting news,” said Kara Martakos, director of human resources. One of our strengths is attracting and retaining talent and we do that with great financial and other benefits, opportunities to progress, transparency, and a lot of fun activities that get us out of our workspaces and keep us connected on a social level. We look forward to raising the bar in unique ways in the future.”
