ASGCO’s new and improved E-Z Torque tensioning system now comes with an integrated blade wear indicator. The new patented indicator shows the amount of wear on the blade and indicates when its time to replace it.
The E-Z Torque tensioner is made of 304 stainless steel and allows for automatic adjusting of the blade tension throughout its entire lifespan.   By adding an external wear indicator, there is no longer a need to look inside the head chute, thus eliminating a potential safety concern.
