Key Technology (Key) and PPM Technologies (PPM), members of Duravant’s Food Sorting and Handling Solutions group, announce that their customer service teams have joined Duravant Lifecycle Services, a global aftermarket network that helps deliver enhanced local services from equipment purchase to installation, parts, service, maintenance, and performance upgrades as well as end-of-life replacement.

Being part of the network, Key and PPM customers will be able to further reduce operating costs, increase uptime, and improve equipment performance.

Duravant Lifecycle Services comprises a wide range of service offerings including installation, field services, equipment upgrades and retrofits, preventative maintenance, technical and application development support, equipment audits and remote system monitoring, as well as operator training, service protection plans, parts sales and more.

The Lifecycle Services network includes leverage of all Duravant companies’ collective strengths to drive continuous improvement in their aftermarket offerings without requiring major effort or changes on the customer's part.
