Integrated Bulk Bag Unloader - Inclined Industrial Screw Conveyor

The inclined industrial screw conveyor incorporates CEMA-rated, industrial components, ensuring proper conveying and long life. End bearings and a center shaft prevent wear on the screw housing and binding with adhesive/cohesive products. Operating at speeds of 10 to 60 RPM, maximum wear is significantly reduced, while product is properly conveyed. For handling difficult materials like titanium dioxide, special consideration is made with the pitch, flighting, and finish. These conveyors can be combined with bulk bag unloaders and other equipment to provide long-term system solutions.
