It only seemed natural to look at ways to extend our service support for urgent issues that occur after normal business hours. Our goal is to ensure our customers’ operations run smoothly and profitably.”
Should a replacement component be required and in-stock, technicians will ship within 24 hours - including Saturdays - to ensure up-time for customers. Hapman’s regular service hours are between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday.
