Hapman Introduces En-Masse Drag Conveying Technology

Hapman offers a rugged, high-capacity conveying technology with its En-masse drag conveyor. Engineered for each application, moving a wide range of bulk materials, the en-masse drag conveyor is ideal for mining, chemical manufacturing, ash handling, and other bulk material applications. The conveyor uses heavy-duty AR plate construction and a long-lasting drop-forged chain with fully carburized, case-hardened links. The design assures a durable, low-maintenance conveyor. Heavy-duty construction makes it optimal for even aggressive, harsh, or high-temperature applications. The en-masse drag conveyor technology allows for the bulk material to be conveyed from horizontal up to a 90° vertical run in a single conveyor. Rates are possible up to 1000 tn/hr with a single chain; multiple chain units are also available.
