The QA24 in-line pneumatic sifter/screener has been developed to answer the quality assurance and HACCP needs of pharmaceutical, chemical, and food operations with moderate production requirements. Manufactured with a higher level of sanitation in mind, the QA24 has smooth surfaces with fewer weldments and snap-on neoprene gaskets that do not use adhesives. It has a net screen area from 4 to 10 sq ft and is ideal for dry free-flowing powders. It is designed to be directly inserted into a vacuum or pressure pneumatic conveying system, eliminating the need for additional equipment.
