Bulk Bag Discharger with Flexible Screw Conveyor

The Material Master bulk bag discharging system offers patented technology and features that maximize production efficiency. The unit is designed to discharge bulk bags into customer's existing process, and features an integral hoist, monorail, and the Spider-Lift bag lifting frame. It includes the Flo-Master bag massaging system for positive material flow, while the Seal-Master bag spout access chamber allows optimal access to the bag discharge spout. The unit includes an incline flexible screw conveyor with a stainless steel hopper that features a material agitator and fluidizing pads. The inlet hopper also includes a quick-release end cap for auger removal and cleaning. All MTS bulk bag dischargers feature 304 stainless steel pneumatic tubing as standard.
