Volkmann Inc., a manufacturer of vacuum conveying systems for the transport of fine food powders, chemicals, granules, pellets, tablets, and other small components in lean, dense, or plug flow conditions is introducing a number of new products.
The most notable product is a new version of the No Tip Unloader that allows the unloading of drums and bins without the need to lift and tip the bin, while also maintaining containment. The latest bag dump rip and tip station and a new range of post hoists for either fixed or mobile use are also being introduced. Volkmann is also offering new applications for 3D printing.
“We are very excited about this expanded capability in material unloading this new equipment affords us,” said Volkmann president, Nick Hayes. “We listened to our customers and worked to develop products that not only complement our industry respected vacuum conveyors, but also work to solve the powder containment issues faced by many of our customers.”
