Process equipment manufacturer Volkmann USA plans to operate its latest VS Series pneumatic vacuum conveying system at the International Powder & Bulk Solids Conference and Exhibition in Rosemont, IL from April 29 – May 1, 2025.

With a live action demo, the Volkmann VS Series vacuum conveyor is to be shown transferring seeds, flour, salt, and/or other dry, bulk materials from one point in the booth to another, automatically, at the press of a button on the control panel. Live demonstrations are also planned to include switching the conveyor from dense phase to lean phase on the fly to suit different materials, and disassembling the vacuum pump for easy cleaning with no tools.

The company will also feature its Rip-and-Tip bag dump station at the booth. The dust control companion for loading the pneumatic vacuum conveying systems, the RNT bag dump station enables powder processors to safely load bulk materials into a powder transfer or production process without allowing dust or fine particles to escape into the workplace.

Both the Volkmann VS pneumatic conveying system and the Rip-and-Tip bag dump station may be tested in advance of the Powder Show in the company's Bristol, PA, test facility to verify performance. Or, visit them at the Powder Show at booth #1537.
