The FlexStat static dissipative polyurethane plastic pellet transfer hose promotes workplace safety and withstands suction cycling when feeding plastic extruders. It is specially formulated with a clear thermoplastic polyurethane that is reinforced with a rigid black external ABS helix and an embedded copper grounding wire to prevent static buildup. Featuring high flex life and durability, this .040-in. wall urethane hose is highly abrasion resistant, making it ideal for plastic pellet or powder transfer, and can withstand extreme suction cycling when feeding extruders.

A suitable replacement for heavy-wall PVC hose, FlexStat static dissipative hose is available in 1-8-in.-diam sizes in standard 25- and 50-ft lengths and can be supplied with or without cuffs. Providing 108-1010 Ohms/sq surface resistivity, this flexible urethane hose is manufactured with FDA-acceptable materials, has a smooth interior, and operates over a -40° to 200°F range.
