Spiroflow Collects Two Company of the Year Awards

Spiroflow Ltd. has announced the company has won two “Company of the Year” awards in the United Kingdom.

Spiroflow, which manufactures bulk material handling equipment such as flexible screw, aero mechanical, vacuum, tubular cable and chain drag conveyors, bulk bag unloaders, and more, received the first Company of the Year award in April from the UK Solids Handling and Processing Association and the second was awarded by Food Processing magazine in June.

The award from the Solids Handling and Processing Association was given to companies that promote best practices, set industry standards, and increase sales. In June, Food Processing named Spiroflow Company of the Year for engineering excellence.

In a press release announcing the honors, Spiroflow notes that sales have grown in recent years and the company’s growth has allowed it to invest in infrastructure, including training, new hires, and health and safety.

The company’s marketing director in the United Kingdom, Cathy Podevyn, said in the release, “It’s made me realize just how much we have achieved over the last three years. The company has enjoyed strong profits, steady sales growth, and a solid and growing bank of key customers. Above all I am grateful to our strong team of tenured colleagues who have made our success possible through the years and for our young team members who will propel us forward.”
