These mobile smart containers allow operations to transport and store bulk materials and directly feed their processes. These horizontal silos are equipped with steel push-pull wedge strokers, which sheer off the bottom of the material pile for true first-in, first-out performance.

Unlike other moving-floor systems, material does not exit smart containers in large surges that can overwhelm conveyors or other receiving equipment. Rather, material exits the containers at a steady rate. Specially fitted metering bins are available to further meter the output.

The simple hydraulics in smart containers are housed in their own compartment and are easily accessed via the container doors.

Smart containers for mobile applications can be configured as open-top units or closed-top units with slots for filling.
