After an intense bidding process, Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. awarded Meto Systems a multimillion-dollar project to supply cGMP material handling equipment to one of the world’s largest Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO), based in Holly Springs, NC.

This historic multibillion-dollar project will be the largest life science investment in the state of North Carolina, putting Holly Springs and Wake County on the map as a world-class location and home for the bio-pharmaceutical industry.

Meto Systems was selected as one of the principal equipment suppliers, for the facility. “We will continue to develop our business relationships by partnering with professionals who value our contribution, engage with our questions, and join us in our drive for excellence. This collaboration allows us to provide our best solutions, on time and to budget. After working endless hours together as a team, responding to many questions, collaborating on this project’s needs, we all felt tremendously proud when we were awarded the project. To be working closely with Jacobs Engineering again who have one of the most respected names in the A&E industry today is an honor. To be part of this significant investment in America, that will not only bring jobs to this country, but a world-class, state-of-the-art facility, suppling lifesaving advanced drug therapies to the world,” is a real buzz, said Meto general manager, Carl Andrews.
