Material Transfer Launches 180° Rotation Lift & Dump Drum Dumper

This drum dumper accepts a drum of non-free flowing material and discharges the contents into a hopper at approximately 183 in. above floor level. The dumper features an exclusive Lift & Seal system for dust-tight operation, a patented Control-Link rotation system for 180° dump carriage rotation, and 304 stainless steel product contact surfaces. The dumper features a continuously welded tubular steel frame for strength and rigidity. It includes custom caging with a load side light curtain for enhanced operator safety. The dumper also includes a gravity roller conveyor base for easy drum loading and unloading. It is available with discharge heights up to 40 ft, rotation to 180°, for any size drum or container. Units are custom designed for your application requirements.
