Dupré Logistics Recognized by National Tank Truck Carriers for Excellence in Safety

At the 63rd Annual National Tank Truck Carriers (NTTC) Conference in Austin, TX, Dupré Logistics LLC was recognized for its commitment to providing safe service throughout the tank truck industry. Dupré Logistics was awarded the Personnel Safety Honor Award (16-26 Million Mile Class) and the 2nd Year Improvement Award in recognition of the excellent safety record and statistics generated by the company in the last year.

The Personnel Safety Award, which spotlights Dupré Logistics' outstanding safety record and commitment to personal injury reduction, represents the top honor for carriers in the 16-26 million mile class.

"We cannot do our best work without providing safe service to our clients," said Al LaCombe, Dupré Logistics' director of safety and security. "These awards reflect the importance we place on one of the most critical aspects of our work — preventing injury and accidents.”

Founded in 1945, the NTTC is a trade association comprised of approximately 200 trucking companies specializing in the nationwide distribution of bulk liquids, industrial gases, and dry products in cargo tank motor vehicles. Carrier members and more than 250 associate members — including suppliers of goods and services to the tank truck industry — back the organization. For more information, visit www.tanktruck.org.
