The new Material Master Powerfill high-output filling system features a Power-Lift system for powered fill head height adjustment and an Easy-Load rotary bag hanger system. These features bring the fill head and bag strap connection points to an ergonomic position directly in front of the operator for quick and easy access.

The pallet will automatically be dispensed onto the filler deck to accept the bag. After bag connection and inflation, the bulk bag is filled by weight to a programmed set point. Once the fill cycle is complete, the system automatically releases the bag straps, deflates the spout seal, raises the fill head, and discharges the filled bulk bag onto a roller conveyor for easy removal.
