As a hazardous material, requirements for fabrication include ¼-in-.-thick 5052 or 6061 aluminum, four-way forklift truck access on top and bottom, a discharge valve and cone with an up to 16-in. opening, a 1½-in. purge pipe, a vibrator chuck pad, and DOT/UN/CCS testing.
