Oilseed crushing and mustard processing firm Montana Specialty Mills LLC broke ground on a new $20 million grain processing facility that will produce non-GMO products and organic oilseeds in Great Falls, MT, the Great Falls Montana Development Authority announced in a press release Tuesday.

Located at the authority’s AgriTech Park, the 20-acre processing center will include grain processing equipment geared for the production of non-GMO products and organic oilseeds.

The move allows the firm to expand its offerings in the non-GMO, organic vegetable oils and protein meals categories.

Montana Specialty Mills also operates a grain processing plant in Conrad, MT that includes cleaning, milling, and packaging lines and a expeller process oilseed plant in Great Falls.
