The Anhydro BlueLight Whitening System enables nutrition and beverage processors to meet customers’ demand for lighter-colored powder products more sustainably. It harnesses blue light technology to remove the yellow color of riboflavin to get white lactose powder. The solution not only offers cost savings but also promotes environmental friendliness.
The Whitening System, just launched in July 2023, uses blue lights instead of carbon filtering, which is more sustainable.
