Particle size, shape, count and classification are some of the many features available on Vision Analytical's Particle Insight system. Now to expand the reach and functionality of this information for research as well as quality control, a new iPad app has been developed for the Particle Insight. The new app enables end users to remotely gain access to data from their laboratory-based particle shape analyzer and not only view the data but also manipulate the graphs to have data dynamically re-calculated on the iPad making the tablet a true analysis tool. As data is generated by the Particle Insight instrument it is uploaded to a secure server (Particle Cloud) where it can be downloaded by the iPad with the Particle Insight app.
