The M-Sens2 is a microwave-based moisture measurement system for solids. It can be mounted on the side of a bin discharge, on a belt conveyor using a sled, or on the bottom of a screw conveyor.
Depending on the product, it can measure 0-85% moisture in most solid powders, granules, pellets, and flakes. Accuracy is +/-0.1% of the calibrated range. A 4-20mA or Modbus RTU output signal is provided.
The system can handle extreme environments to 145 psi and 250°F and has a food-grade ceramic surface.
