Non-Contact NIR Moisture Sensors

MoistTech offers moisture measurement control from lab to line for measurement of powder and granular materials. The IR-3000 online sensor was developed for instant, non-contact analysis of powder and granular materials in the harshest environments. With accuracies of 0.01%, the IR-3000 is accurate, stable with its no-drift design, and insensitive to material variations such as particle size and material height. The IRMA-858 is an at-line, laboratory sensor that measures from the bottom up in a sealed sample cup. Results are obtained in less than a second with no constituent losses due to volatilization, producing a true laboratory moisture reading. This instrument is ideal for QC laboratories and at-line within production manufacturing facilities.
