NDC Infrared Engineering Appoints Robert Schartner North America Field Operations Manager

NDC Infrared Engineering has appointed Robert Schartner to the position of North America field operations manager. Based on the East Coast, Schartner’s responsibilities will involve both the applications and service areas ensuring that the quality and standard of customer care is at its highest.

Schartner’s initial focus will be on the continuing development of the Advanced Applications Services program. This program offers measurement and control optimization, process audits, and advanced training for process managers, engineers, and technicians, as well as live remote on-line diagnostics.

Prior to joining NDC, Schartner was responsible for field operations for North and South America at Thermo Fisher Scientific. He was also regional sales and service manager for LFE Eurotherm Gauging Systems.
