Booth 4140 - Xoptix in-line particle size analyzers will be exhibited at the 2018 Powder Show for the first time. Xoptix sizers use the same technology as laboratory laser diffraction analyzers, so results will correlate with such instruments. The difference is in the reliability, speed, and frequency with which analyses are reported. Xoptix PSD data is reported in real time, as often as once per second, so results can even be used to automatically adjust process parameters and thereby keep particle sizes within spec. 

These analyzers have proven reliable in a wide range of applications, wet or dry, with particle sizes from 0.1 microns to 1mm. Sampling can be made from gravity, pneumatic, or liquid flows, and the sizers are available in industrial, food, or pharmaceutical grade construction.

Free lab tests are offered and in-plant trial units are also available.
