The HK-8 Series of NIR devices was designed specifically for measuring bulk material moisture content online and in real time. Designed to be both durable and versatile, the HK-8 is the first LED NIR sensor. With proprietary software, the HK-8 can be utilized in a number of applications. Whether you need to measure the moisture content of beet chips, wood pellets, MgCl2 powder, etc, the HK-8 allows for a much quicker and easier calibration process than a traditional filter system. Measuring using multiple wavelengths, the HK-8 is accurate to +/- 0.5%. The use of an LED sensor eliminates the need to replace bulbs, and with no moving parts, the HK-8 is practically maintenance free.
