High-Temperature, High-Pressure Particulate Sensor

The Model PS 10 particulate sensor with ceramic insulation and a ceramic protective layer over the probe is designed for harsh processes with high temperatures and high pressures. For applications such as coal gasification, fluid bed reactors in the plastics industry, kilns, high-temperature carbon black, and various combustion processes, temperature ratings up to 1600°F and pressure ratings to 1000 psi are available. The sensor housing does not have active electronics, ensuring high reliability. The sensor is remotely mounted to electronic control units with industrial temperature ratings of 160°F. The sensor monitors particulate emissions from fabric filters and particulate flow in process pipes.
