Fluidizer Control System

Processors of dry bulk materials can improve discharge efficiency in silos, bins, weigh hoppers, and filters, while conserving compressed air with the Solimar fluidizer control system. This timer-controlled system allows adjustment of airflow intervals and duration resulting in reduced compressed air consumption and energy savings. The system works with a patented disk-type fluidizer, proven in thousands of dry bulk applications. The silicone disks provide uniform flow along the bin wall and discharge through aeration and hopper vibration to prevent rat-holing, bridging, and compacting. The durable disk fluidizer’s design will not tear, harden, or crack. The control system can be used to adjust from one to 32 fluidizers.
