FlowJam Flow/No Flow Switch

The FlowJam is a microwave-based flow/no flow switch for solids that can be used in pneumatic or free-fall applications, monitoring any type of powders, granules, pellets, etc. The relay contact activates when the chute or pipe plugs or stops flowing after the user-adjusted time elapses. With the process adapter, the FlowJam is non-contacting and easily removable without any disruption in the process. It can handle up to 428ºF and 290 psi.
