Dew Point Method Moisture Analyzer

The AquaLab Series 4 DUO uses the “dew point method” to simultaneously measure moisture content and water activity with the same instrument. The result is complete moisture analysis in 3-5 minutes with advantages over traditional moisture meters. The “dew point method” uses no chemicals or high temperatures, but its precision puts it in the same class with high-end moisture methods like Karl Fischer. Using it is easy: seal a lid over a sample and wait for vapor equilibrium. Any user can achieve testable, standards-based precision with a minimum of training.
