Powder Show Booth 2510 - The KA1047 sensor operates on 10-30VDC with a PNP output. The adjustable 2-25mm sensing range comes pre-set at 15mm. This setting works for most applications.

The sensor has both normally open and normally closed outputs. The four-wire cable comes in a 3m length. The stainless steel housing (316L) is rust- and acid-resistant and conforms to the FDA requirements for food contact and chemical applications. The PTFE sensing face also conforms to FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 for food and chemical applications.

The all-in-one design with IECEx and ATEX allows the sensor to be used in Zone 1 (Gas) and/or Zone 20 (dust) applications. The flush-mount M32 design allows for easy installation at a site glass or product detection through the wall of a non-metallic container. This model has the Declaration of Conformity for SIL2 (Safety Integrity Level 2).
