Brookfield Names Chiang Product Manager - Texture Analyzers

Brookfield Engineering Laboratories has appointed Eric Chiang to the position of product manager - texture analyzers. Chiang will be replacing Len Thibodeau who recently announced his retirement.
   
Since joining Brookfield in 2007, Chiang has provided customers with sales assistance and technical support for both the domestic and international markets. He has also served on the Brookfield training team, teaching customers how to get the most out of their Brookfield instruments.
   
The CT3 texture analyzer offers a range of test modes using compression and/or tension to evaluate the deformation behavior of many products including: a wide variety of foods, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, caulking, and adhesives. Brookfield is constantly developing new CT3 accessories in response to customer specific needs. Detailed application notes are available
   
Prior to joining Brookfield Engineering, Chiang held positions with Hexagon Holdings Berhad in Malaysia and Yokogawa Electric Corp. He received an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of the District of Columbia and then completed his MBA at the University of Newcastle in Australia.
