Brookfield Launches Texture Analysis Web Site

Brookfield Engineering Laboratories Inc. has announced the launch of www.textureanalysis.com, a new informational Web site specifically focusing on the science of texture analysis.
  
Textureanalysis.com features exclusive, in-depth interviews with experts in the texture analysis industry and a “Q&A” section providing answers to specific customer questions. There is also a library of educational articles dealing with food, packaging, and pharmaceuticals, and more than two dozen application notes explaining established industry test procedures, methodology, test results, and more.
  
An expanding variety of fixtures, probes, and jigs are presented in a downloadable brochure and also in video format. The brochure provides additional information regarding how custom fixtures can be developed for a customer’s specific application.
  
The “Resources” tab features a “Texture Glossary”, a brief answer to the question “Why Measure Texture”, and useful links to additional texture related sites.
