Workers evacuated an Archer Daniel Midland (ADM) processing complex in Decatur, IL on Monday morning after a blaze started in a solvent extraction building at the site, several local news organizations reported.

ADM Spokesperson Jackie Anderson told the Decatur Herald & Reviewthat the flames were contained, and the agribusiness called the Decatur Fire Department to the Fairies Parkway site for backup.

Workers were evacuated from the building safely and production at the complex’s main plant was not impacted, coverage by television news station WCIA said.

Reports said the cause of the fire has not been established.

This July, a fire at an ADM warehouse in Decatur caused an estimated $100,000 in damage.
