Multiple fire crews responded to a fire at the Madison Tyson plant on Sunday morning, April 23, located in Northeast Nebraska.

Smoke visible from well beyond the facility.

The call came in after 9:00 a.m., with responders arriving from fire departments in Madison, Battle Creek, Humphrey, Lindsay, Norfolk, and Stanton, among others. The fire was reportedly put out by 2:00 p.m. 

The Madison Fire Department said two Tyson workers were injured and taken to a nearby hospital but were later released. The cause of the fire is still unknown at this time.
