A fire broke out at a grain roasting plant in Mount Joy, PA, destroying a structure and resulting damages estimated to total about $500,0000, local news organizations reported.
Crews responded to the M & R Grains facility after the fire started at about 8 a.m. and brought the scene under control within an hour, Mount Joy Fire Chief Matt Gohn said in a report by news website LancasterOnline.com.
Officials told a reporter from local broadcaster WGAL that no injuries were logged during the incident.
An investigation has been opened into the cause of the fire.
