Firefighters were called to the Arconic Mill Products plant in Manheim Township, PA on Saturday after an explosion occurred in the facility that left a worker with injuries, local news organizations reported.

The blast was reported at about 1:45 p.m. Manheim Township Fire and Rescue official Troy Slaymaker toldNBC News affiliate WGAL that the explosion happened in a kiln inside the facility. Arconic’s facility did not sustain any apparent structural damage.

People living and working near the Arconic plant said in a report by a local Fox News affiliate that they could feel the explosion.

The cause of the incident is under investigation.

Arconic’s Manheim Township plant is operated by its Rolled Products business, according to its website. The site produces sheet and plate products.
