Fire personnel responded to a blaze early Monday morning at a feed mill in Sioux Falls, SD, according to local news reports.

The Sioux Falls Fire Department dispatched crews to the location at 12:14 am, the Sioux Falls Argus Leadersaid. Reports did not identify who owns or operates the feed mill. The newspaper’s account said firefighters were sent to the intersection of West 9th Street and North Marion Road. A Land O’ Lakes Purina Feed facility is located near that intersection.

“There were several reports of smoke in the area, and the first fire truck on scene reported visible smoke and flames through the roof in one area of the structure at [the] feed mill processing plant,” SFFD said in a release printed by news radio station KELO. Damage was isolated to one section of the facility.

Crews doused the flames in about 20 minutes. No injuries were recorded during the fire. Officials are working to determine a cause of the incident, coverage by Dakota News Now said.
