Firefighters were dispatched to the FAR Chemical Inc. chemical plant in Palm Bay, FL on Tuesday morning after an explosion occurred at the facility, local news organizations reported.

“ADVISORY! Palm Bay PD is asking residents to stay out of the area surrounding US1 and Conlan. We have received reports of an explosion in the area and have teams working the scene,” the Palm Bay Police Department tweeted at 10:50 am.

The blast happened before 11 am, officials said in coverage by WKMG. A person who was driving by the plant at the time of the incident told the television news station that her car was shook by the blast.

99% isopropyl alcohol was believed to be involved in the explosion, according to an account by the Brevard Times. The explosion also reportedly caused a fire.

No injuries have been reported.
